World's Easiest Black Bean Soup


  • 4 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can SimplyNature Mild or Medium Salsa (approx. 2 cups)
  • 1 c. frozen corn
  • 1 can of broth (chicken or vegetable)
  • 2 T cumin
  • Sour Cream or shredded cheese for garnish


  1. Dump all ingredients into large pot and heat through on medium heat.
  2. Top each bowl with a dollop of sour cream or cheese. Pairs well with corn bread or tortilla chips.
