World's Easiest Black Bean Soup
- 4 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can SimplyNature Mild or Medium Salsa (approx. 2 cups)
- 1 c. frozen corn
- 1 can of broth (chicken or vegetable)
- 2 T cumin
- Sour Cream or shredded cheese for garnish
- Dump all ingredients into large pot and heat through on medium heat.
- Top each bowl with a dollop of sour cream or cheese. Pairs well with corn bread or tortilla chips.
